What counts as a location?
One physical address where your team works. A hotel and its restaurant at the same address count as one location.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, any time, in Billing in the app. Cancellations and downgrades take effect at the end of the month you’ve paid for.
What happens after the trial?
You choose a plan or stay on Free. We never charge you automatically when a trial ends, and nothing is deleted.
Do you charge per user?
No. Pro and Business include unlimited staff.
